Enquiries

The form collects your name, email, a short description and consent to contact you. It also records your service or package selection and any optional company, website, tools, timing, budget or next-step details you provide. Please do not send passwords or sensitive personal records.

We use these details to review your enquiry, prioritise follow-up, reply and keep an enquiry record. Fixed rules suggest a priority and starting package; this form processing does not use a generative AI model. The contact consent is for responding to your enquiry, not advertising measurement.

Vercel hosts the website and processes form submissions in the United States. Enquiries are stored as business records, and the website attempts to notify us through Microsoft 365. Business-record and email providers may also process information outside Australia.

Website data

We record enquiry references, submission time, service, suggested priority, page and referrer, and campaign tags or ad click identifiers for operational checks and measurement. These logs do not include the form's name, email or message.

Vercel Web Analytics measures visits and site events. The Google Ads tag, loaded on nebulas.com.au, measures advertising and may use cookies and identifiers. Events can include the service, suggested priority and package, page, campaign tags and ad click identifiers. Google also receives the enquiry reference for conversion measurement. These events do not include the form's name, email or message.

Campaign tags and ad click identifiers, such as gclid, gbraid and wbraid, are kept in browser session storage so they carry to the form. Retry references, times, digests and confirmation status may also be stored there to avoid duplicate submissions. The form's name, email and message are not stored there.

Google Fonts and jsDelivr supply fonts and animation files. Requests to the website and these services include technical information such as your IP address and browser details.
