Contact form submissions may include name, email, company, website, service interest, workflow details, current tools, timing, budget range, preferred next step, page path, referrer, and UTM attribution fields.
Nebulas uses this information to review the enquiry, score urgency and fit, recommend a practical next step, reply by email, and maintain an operating record of the opportunity.
Submissions may be processed by the website hosting/API layer and, when configured, Nebulas CRM and notification systems. If the primary CRM destination is unavailable, production submission handling is designed to fail closed unless an explicitly configured durable fallback exists.
Nebulas does not sell enquiry data. Advertising activation, external outreach, or third-party sends are separate operational actions and are not implied by submitting the form.
Enquiry records are kept only as long as useful for follow-up, delivery context, audit, or business recordkeeping. To request correction or deletion, use the contact form and mention privacy in the problem summary.
